Michael Phelps vs Ian Crocker vs Milorad Cavic

Submitted by Bill Belew on Friday, 15 August 2008No Comment

Michael Phelps will have his toughest race tonight in the 100m butterfly. Ian Crocker doesn’t want him to win. Neither does Milorad Cavic. Milorad what?

I saw Milorad, “Michael), Cavic swim at meet when he was still in high school. He went something like 19.6 in the 50 yard freestyle. After that he just popped up from time to time, but didn’t make a splash. Good swimmers don’t make splashes, but that’s a different subject.

Cavic has the best time going into the finals tonight.

Ian Crocker has the world record. He and Michael Phelps have been passing it back and forth like a lateral in football since the last Olympics and Crocker has the ball now.

Tonight, the three of them will be in the center three lanes going for the gold medal in the 100m butterfly. Cavic would love to be the spoiler. Crocker wants to show the world why he has the record. And Phelps wants to make it seven golds and seven world records.

Did anybody else notice the tired in Phelps’ eyes last night after he won the 200IM?

Two more races for Phelps, just two more races.

Phelps will win with another world record.
