Michael Phelps 12,000 calorie/day diet – Pics
What a hog! Bum! I can just look at a menu and gain weight. It’ll jump from the picture to my sides. In fact, my wife can look at a menu and I will gain weight.
Of course, I don’t swim 5 hours a day. I used to…but not any more. Now, I just eat like I am swimming that much each day.
His breakfast:
1. a large bowl of porridge;
2. three doorstep-sized sandwiches of white bread, butter, fried egg, fried onion, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise;
3. a five-egg omelette
4. three slices of French toast liberally sprinkled with sugar;
5. three pancakes topped with chocolate chips;
6. two large cups of coffee.
Lunch:
1. 1lb (that’s a very large bowl) of pasta with tomato sauce;
2. two large ham-and-cheese sandwiches with more lettuce, tomato
3. four bottles of a proprietary high-energy sports drink.
Dinner:
1. Another pound of pasta,
2. large cheese-and-tomato pizza, a
3. four more bottles of the same proprietary high-energy sports drink.
