Liu Chunhong lifted three world records. How cool is that?
The, um, cute little Chinese girl set the records in the 69kg (152lb) weight class.
She snatched 128kg (281lb) and clean and jerked 158kg (347lbs).
She could snatch me over her head and jerk me, my wife and little girl over her head. Amazing!
And, her coach could lift her.
I love it when I see people try hard…love to see them succeed … love to see the joy that overwhelms them when they do.
I just concentrated on my own performance,” Liu said.
And, it was enough.
