Korean pop trio JYJ may receive a military draft soon
Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun and Kim Junsu the Korean pop stars, members of the band JYJ, have undergone physical examinations which may lead to them being called upon for military services.
It was recently revealed by the group’s publicists that the trio spent Valentine’s Day going through physical tests at Korea’s Military Manpower Administration.
Though the results do not take very long to come out, Yoochun’s asthmatic condition necessitated the medical examinations to be more precise. The boys may even be called for a reexamination.
The group’s busy schedules including umpteen number of tours abroad meant that the three singers were never available for the physical examinations. As a result, despite being in their mid-twenties, this is the first time that they may be receiving a military draft.
Though the boys do not really have military services in their scheme of things as they are on the brink of a world tour that would begin next month when Junsu is done with his musical.
