Why 30% of Middle-Aged Couples Abandon Sex

Submitted by Bill Belew on Sunday, 20 June 20103 Comments

More than 30,000 people in 10 big cities throughout China were surveyed about their sex-lives.

46% said that a satisfactory sex life promotes intimacy. Actually…it’s the other way around.

45% said the husband has a sexual dysfunction. Where is Mike Dikta when you need him?

41% of couples say they only kiss or cuddle when their children are not home.

25% of the couples think “leave me alone.”abandon.sex.jpg

30% of middle-aged couples and 25% of couples younger than 30 have given up sex completely. Yikes!

The reason…stress.

Stress from:

1. families and careers

2. concerns over their children’s education

3. caring for parents

4. worrying ab out finances

And…I guess, not having sex with your life partner reduces stress? I don’t think so.
