Lady Gaga made heads turn again at Sunday’s 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

According to sources, when she arrived at the awards show, Lady Gaga was wearing a Victorian-style dress, but with feathers, a gold mask and a golden neck brace. And that was just one of her outfits.

Then she took to the stage for her performance, wearing white knee-high boots, an asymmetrical lace, belly-baring top and white underwear. And to accept the award for Best New Artist, she wore a red lace and a mask that covered her face.

“I’m just happy to be here, and I’m excited for everyone to win,” said the singer, who walked the carpet with Kermit the Frog.

The Muppet said, “I’m just happy that it’s not made out of someone I know,” he said on MTV’s pre-show.
