The appealing myth about Chinese Women (Part 2)

Continued from previous post:

Myth: Chinese women are decent and sincere

Decency and sincerity, synonymous with being a Chinese Woman?
Decency and sincerity part of the appeal of a beautiful Chinese Woman?

Truth: Yes, you go on believing that because it’s true, there are no female con artists, no materialistic women, no women who went into prostitution willingly for the promise of quick and easy luxury, no women who practice premarital sex in China (or who has origins from China).

And there most certainly aren’t any Chinese women you’ll catch with a hemline higher than 2 inches below the knee because they’re all saints who never strays from moral values. Yes…it’s all true…that is if we live in your chauvinistic dream world it is!

Decent and sincere are once more characteristics of a person that has little to nothing to do with their race or nationality. Whilst how she was raised and whichever disciplined values were instilled in her by her governors might have a say in it, ultimately it is she herself who decides who she is and what she wants to be (decent and sincere included).

If you think strict Chinese parents are enough to ensure decent sincere Chinese daughters then you my friend are too simple in thought.

I agree almost fully with your perspective on Chinese women… I am an American and I married a Traditional Chinese woman because I had heard and read of their renowned faithfulness to their husbands… in my case it is very true. I was one of those men who had some stereotypical beliefs about Chinese women in general..but as time has passed, I have realized that we are very happy, not just because she is a Traditional Chinese woman and has had her culture instilled in her from birth (I do love her culture).. but because she is truly a wonderful person.

    Thanks for clearing things up.
