And it is done…

Submitted by Raziel on Sunday, 9 November 2008No Comment

Despite earlier reports that the execution of the 3 bali bombers might be delayed, the fact is that Indonesian officials went ahead with it.

At midnight, Saturday (8 November 2008) Amrozi, 47, his brother Mukhlas, 48, and Imam Samudra, 38 were executed by a firing squad. A controversial end to 3 controversial lives…

But the real question is, is that really the end? Does the execution really give closure to the sordid affair that claimed 202 lives, or is really in disguise the promise for more to come? Will the execution of the 3 bombers become a propaganda that will boost/motivate the movement of Jihadists?

Whatever it may be, the deed is done – Amrozi, Mukhlasand Imam Samudra have been put to rest.

What do you think awaits us now?
