Promises I make to my dogs

Submitted by Raziel on Thursday, 16 October 2008No Comment

When people take home a puppy, they always make promises to it but sometimes some get a little tired or a little too distracted to realise they’ve broken that trust. It’s a sad story but a real one that millions of pets around the world silently live through each day.

Now Japan’s Motoki Katsuhide shows his animal loving side, giving them a voice through his movie, 10 PROMISES TO MY DOG’ – a tearful and heartfelt story about a young girl, a Golden Retriever puppy she adopts and names “Socks” and the hard lesson she learns for forgetting  “The 10 Promises” of dog ownership.

The movie is in Japanese and so is the official website but that’s don’t let that discourage you – remember, there are subtitles!

Visit the site and watch the movie, even just the scenery will take your breath away.
